I suppose that, as a eunuch, I could be a low priest OR low priestess
to the Goddess Cybel or other Goddesses that accept castrated males.

That's the great part about creating your own new lashup...political
party, religion, sport, whatever. You get to declare yourself Grand
High Poobah, then you get to be the authority that grants or withholds
credentials to everybody else. No wonder groups like the Quakers never
get huge masses joining up: not enough costumes, not enough hierarchy...

It's a common feature in the martial arts as well.
Someone creates their own org and holds a competition, next thing you hear is
that they are World Champion. And newspapers lap it up for some obscure reason.
Of course, coming tenth in a competition in an org with a million members means
you are a loser, whereas coming first in an org with one hundred makes you a
champ...

Britain. I also get the felling I asked you that once before...

Guess I'll have to take you off the pre-app list down here, then,
honeybuns. You were there because you generally manage to remain on
topic, hostile though your responses may frequently be.

Incidentally, the remark about off-topic posting applies equally to the
unmoderated newsgroups - they just don't have whinyass moderators to
defend 'em.

You opine? You know what they say about opinions and assholes. You're
posting this to four different pagan newsgroups and zero martial arts
newsgroups, so if you must be a One True Wayer, can't you at least be a
_religious_ One True Wayer? There are plenty of sandboxes in which to

In the event you hadn't noticed, none of the newsgroups on the
distribution list are in anyway related to martial arts. They are all
RELIGION newsgroups.

And, while there are people reading religion newsgroups who *do* engage
in the practice of martial arts, posts about the relative merits of one
practice over another is only marginally on topic, unless one is
discussing the spiritual concepts behind said martial arts. Even then,
there is no "better or worse" form of martial arts, only different ones.

I'm not a "karate person," myself. I don't really give a rat's hairy
behind about your opinion (or anyone else's) of people who do karate or
any other martial arts.

I do care about creating more civility in human society: civility seems
to be something which you lack. And, I really don't like trolls, which
seems to be your only reason for posting here at all. Trolling is only
a step up (very small step up) from spamming and should be dealt with
similarly.

Filter on.
